Celebrity News: Former Miss America demands apology from show organisers for making her move seats because she’s black

Ericka Dunlap, Former Miss America is demanding organizers of the show to apologize for racist remarks.   Back in 2004, the show's producer allegedly ordered her to move chairs because she is black during a commercial break.   This does not surprise us in the 21st century when we have so much diversity covering up racial discrimination.  However, the truth must be told, Ericka Dunlap is like many other black women whom were striving to succeed but had to keep a closed mouth in order to achieve in a competition or career.

How many of you black women know what it feels like to endure racial discrimination, although there is much diversity today?  It is a miserable feeling to go on in life and do not say anything about the racism we may have faced, simply because other African Americans demanded that we keep quiet and stop causing trouble for them by speaking out. Unfairly, we were labeled militant, because we admitted our superiors were racist, whether they were our employers, professors or any other white person in charge of our career.   Of course, we know Satan likes to play games, he will use some black people just like he has used some white supremacists to go against us and it causes us to feel insane.   However, we applaud Ericka Dunlap for honestly admitting what she through while competing as a Miss America pageant.   It is very painful to swallow racism while remaining silent, so we can succeed in life.  One of the biggest hurdles for us black women of this era is that we are forced by other blacks to keep quiet whenever they witnessed painful racism we faced and it is not just back in 2004, it has never stopped.   We know many of you are happily married into white families, but if you really want to know the truth, that is what enslaves us mentally, some of you wanting us to be quiet, because you do not want to deal with white supremacists make you pay for us desiring freedom to be equal.   Therefore, when we date and marry white men, let us support what our sisters endured like former Miss America, Ericka Dunlap, because racism has not ceased America although we are more diversed in America.

In the meantime, our prayers go out to Ericka Dunlap and also, Gabby Douglas who also has been honest to admit the racism she endured while competing as a gymnast in the Olympics.   Thank God for strong black women whom boldly speak out and do not allow our diverse society enslave them.
