It is so sad how many of the youth do not respect adults in Atlanta and even other places in this nation, especially when it comes to young guys whom are misguided by their elders. In this case, 23-year-old Otis Ricks has been arrested for the shooting death of Vanessa Elaine Thrasher. Although, Fulton County believes Thrasher was targeted because of a previous case, violence often happens against women in Atlanta whom refuse to put up with ignorance.
As you already know, Thrasher would excuse people whom caused a disturbance in her place of business and did not tolerate any mess. For whatever reason Otis killed Vanessa Thrasher, he now must face prosecution in the court of law.

Atlanta police say they have made an arrest in the shooting death of a woman at a northwest Atlanta lounge.
According to authorities, 23-year-old Otis Ricks was arrested 24 hours after the alleged murder of 53-year-old Vanessa Elaine Thrasher at O.T.'s Lounge and Soul Food Grill on New Jersey Avenue and Joseph E. Boone Boulevard. Family members say she had been shot seven times.
